Online Application Procedures

1. Our Application Fee is $45 per couple, and $45 for each additional applicant. An additional applicant is considered anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home. Application process takes on average three business days to complete but it can be expedited with $35 additional fee. 2. Fill out online application or download and fill out our rental application. If using online application, separate application needs to be completed for each applicant. Note that application will not be processed until application fee is paid.

3. A Property Manager will contact you if additional information is needed for an application.

Note: Allow 3 business days before checking the status of your Application, and 1 business day if expedited. Additional fees apply for expediting the application process. Carolinas Metro Realty does not guarantee the availability of any property, and will not reserve or hold property. The property you are applying for will remain for lease until a lease contract is signed. Application fee is not refundable regardless of applicant approval.
