Our areas of expertise include analyzing the local market, taking care of damages and repairs, processing applications and conducting thorough tenant screening, staying up to date on housing codes, troubleshooting any malfunctions with the home, and the list goes on. We can expertly handle all of the marketing, rent payments, maintenance requests, inspections and evictions.

We are licensed brokers, which is important when you’re looking for a property manager. The broker course is difficult, and we have passed the required classes and the state exam to become highly qualified to manage property and real estate. There is a mandatory eight hours of continuing education that we must complete every year. This is in place to protect the public, and we want to do what’s right.
